How to order
All product prices are based on the US$.
For various other currencies like Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar, British Pound, Euro and others please use the currency converter.
If you often purchase online you can skip this part.
Click on the "Add To Cart" button next to the product of your interest.
When you arrive at the Shopping cart page,
you can change quantity, if you wish to delete a product, select "0" and hit the "Recalculate" button.
Then click on the "Continue Shopping" button if you wish to continue shopping.
Please select shipping type at the drop down menu. (Please read shipping information below).
If you have any preferable ordering instructions for us, please write ordering Instructions text field.
Please select payment type (please read payment instructions below).
You arrived at the billing information page.
Fill in all the necessity details; check at check box if billing and shipping are the same.
If all required fields are given, click on the "Submit" button.

Handling
All orders are handled within a short timeframe of 2-24 hours.
Due to the fact that we operate from Israel and hold by the Jewish law, we do not operate on Fridays, Saturdays and Jewish Holidays.
Shipping is to be selected at Checkout
Option1: Registered Mail by Israel Postal Services, 7 to 14 business days. First item $7.99 and $1.99 for each additional item.
Option2: EMS Express, 3 to 5 business days. The first item is $19.99 and $1.99 for each additional item.

Please note
Shipping by EMS Express, includes as many delivery attempts needed to deliver the product to your doorstep. When a phone number is included, you will be called to setup a time of delivery if we are not successful to deliver after several attempts. Online Tracking is available.
However, if the shipping is done by normal registered mail Online Tracking is NOT available. In most cases there will be only one delivery attempt to deliver parcel at the given address.
You will receive a note to collect parcel from your local post office.
In this case it is your responsibility to collect from the local post office.
Unclaimed parcels could be sent back to Israel after 2-3 weeks.

Payment
We accept the following ways of payment; Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and PayPal
Debit Cards are accepted only if you notify your Debit Card company about the transaction prior to the transaction.
Refund / Cancellation / Return Policy
Only un-opened and sealed products are eligible for refunds.
Once a product is open and the seal is broken it cannot be returned.
If by any reason after we have shipped your order you wish to cancel payment, we can do so only after we have received the products back in Israel.
Shipping charges of returned products are to be paid by you.
For all other cases, we will do our utmost to try and solve the problem at hand to your satisfaction.
