Application: Spread the mud in a thick layer onto your entire body. After 15-20 minutes rinse off with lukewarm water. If your joints ache, put the pack in a pot and heat up or open pack and put in the microwave for 2 minutes on medium. This mud should not be applied when hot and should not be applied to open sores or wounds.
